☕ How to Use
Drop directly into hot water and steep gently. Add citrus and honey for a deeply relaxing tea with floral undertones. For other preparations, such as tinctures or incense, separate petals and pods to suit your method.
Suggested dosage: Approx. 5g per litre of liquid, or 1.25g per cup. Each flower weighs between 1–1.5g, making this easy to dose.
Traditional use includes soaking in wine for increased potency.
